SIZE EXCHANGES
We offer a one time free size exchange on regular priced items within 30 days of receipt of the product.
If your item does not fit, please reorder a new item in the size you need and add a note at the checkout saying it is a size exchange. When we pack your reorder, we will include a prepaid return label in the box for you to send back the size that didn't work.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to make sure that it is in sellable condition, meaning, unworn, tags are still attached, clean and free of smells, before issuing your refund. If the item is not in sellable condition a refund will not be issued or an additional cleaning fee may be applied.
If you require a second exchange, if your item was purchased on sale, or if you do to not keep the item for any reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Our jackets and pants come with a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects, and our gloves and rain gear are covered for 1 year. The first option will be to repair the item. Items will only be replaced if they cannot be repaired.
Warranties are nontransferable. Original receipt must be provided to make a claim.

Warranty excludes: rips, tears, cuts, burns, abrasions, accidents, crashes, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, fading caused by exposure to sunlight, and use other than the product's intended purpose.
